Flap Disc Production
Automated equipment and the best materials produce a perfect flap disc in any time.
Step 1	Step 2

We start production with jumbo rolls of coated abrasives from the world's leading manufacturers Awuko & Norton.	We cut jumbo roll to different width small roll, then we slitter small roll to 25mm,30mm,35mm,40mm abrasive ribbon.
Step 3	Step 4

Then we load up abrasive ribbon to automated flap disc's equipment.	The compound adhesive is applied to backing disc(Fiberglassor Nylon) in a free programmable manner.It is adjusted base on different size and grit.
Step 5	Step 6

Then we cut abrasive ribbon to flaps and lay them down on the backing. Flaps number is easy adjusted base on user's needs.	Then a pressing head moves down over the disc to press flaps into the adhesive and to give disc the final shape.
Step 7	Step 8

Then we put the label on the disc and go on packing	Finally we choose 1% disc to make safety testing. If disc pass the testing. We will prepare shipment to buyer. Then the disc wil lbe taken off from shippment.
